Totally agree on this. You described a situation where I have found myself at the beginning of my career. No college degree, 18 yrs old working with engineers double my age.

Just listed to your needs. If you need to feel that you are good enough to be around this people, then work harder than them. Ask them questions, a lot of them. Earn as much as you can.

Eager to be better is what you should bring to the table, and I guarantee you this behaviour has always made me win in interviews with great companies.
